This visa is part of the Start-up visa program and is valid for three years. It accepts applications from those who want to launch businesses in the UK from anywhere in the world. 

Start-up Visas 

This two-year visa option is designed to allow entrepreneurs from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) to move to the UK and start their own business. It is open to over 18 year-old individuals with a business idea or existing business.

Scale-up Visa

• You must be a highly skilled individual with recognised expertise in the fields of science, humanities, engineering, the arts, or digital technology

• You must have access to sufficient funds to support yourself and any dependents
